Return Process

    Ensure that all items are in original, showroom condition; please note that mattresses must be used with a protector and kept for a minimum trial period before an exchange can be processed.

    Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

    Once approved, coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional pickup service (delivery fees may apply) or return smaller accessories directly to your local showroom.

    Receive Refund or Credit

    After our warehouse team inspects and processes the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
